Concept: Place houses in a row along the field so they can see out to it but are not in the view.
Pros: Nice developer profit. Close to what has been planned already.
Cons: Unnecessary road construction. Much of the clearing becomes private property.
Consideration: Orienting lots in this way makes them more appropriate for splendid houses – again, would you want to increase their square footage slightly?
