Concept: Place four houses along the street. Place two in the field and give those as much land area as possible.
Pros: This would split the housing between four street-facing modest houses and two tucked-away houses that could be more splendid, or not. It would be less of a sudden change to the street. It could provide more development profit than putting all houses along the street.
Cons: The properties in the clearing could fence off their properties and take up much of the clearing.
Considerations: Again, should the large-lot homes be allowed more square footage?
