Concept: Situate houses along an alley that is tucked 20-80’ into the woods. Pros: Preserves the woods along the road. Gives some of these houses a nice view of the field. Cons: Unnecessary road construction. Considerations: This changes this design to slightly more “splendid.” Should house sizes be bigger?
