Concept: Put the houses one after another along the street. Pros: Closest to what actually exists along this road currently. The most non-suburban lot arrangement. Would give downtown more of a lively “village” feel. Would not require any additional road area or the cost of constructing it. Cons: Would result in some tree removal. (We could restrict this to 10% of trees on lot.) A traffic calming plan for Caspar Rd. would be advisable before any children moved into these houses. Considerations: You had indicated this wasn’t your favorite option.
