Some Caspar residents object to the idea of a cement plaza. Architect claims that permeable tiles don't last well. Drainage being already a problem, a permeable surface is advisable.
Likewise, some residents object to any change at all. Still others suggest that no outdoor 'theater' capability is needed. This attitude may change after the summer of 2024.
This project is therefore on hold while attempts are made to build consensus.
