Hello. I’m attaching a set of images with different potential design(s) for each area – residential and commercial. Ultimately, we probably don’t want to send Oscar a site map. But to encourage acceptable development, I’d like to make sure I understand what type of development you are hoping for. The residential area had many possible options, while the commercial area was more constrained by trying to maximize the amount of floor space within a given lot. In addition to the designs, I’ve written a set of regulations based on what you sent me. I’ve also included some questions and comments about each group – less structured than last time, but hopefully a good starting point. Good luck, and thank you very much.
