Planning the Common

With the Caspar Community Center in community control, and with a promise from the owner of the surrounding land to donate the remeainder of the village square upon favorable completion of rezoning west of Highway One, we need to start thinking about how traffic flows and space is used.
Here's one very preliminary idea for resolving some of the parking and traffic problems created by the three "big draws" in downtown Caspar: Caspar Inn, Mendocino Coast Jewish Community Center, and the Caspar Community Center. Imagine, if you will, what happens when all three hold events at the same time!

Numbers in circles at the upper right of large colored areas are parcel numbers. The circle with the questionmark in it is a parcel that doesn't exist yet, but has been promised.
