I am asking that you bring your own props as it would take a lot of extra time to sanitize props after the classes. Here is a list of props that we use~
Yoga Mat,   2 firm blankets,   2 yoga blocks,   1 yoga strap @ least 6ft. long,   Original 9-inch Gerti Ball,   Two tennis balls in a sock or something similar -- Roller if you have one!

At this time I am requiring that those participating are vaccinated. Hopefully this will change soon. Please bring along your card providing proof of your being vaccinated or you can send me a picture of your card via email or text. Important! If you find yourself not feeling well, err on the side of caution and stay home until you are sure that you are well. Also, if you have been traveling, please let me know. We have opened up our lives & I would like to take some precautions.
