Hit and Run Theater returns to the Caspar Community Center in Caspar, California on Friday & Saturday, November 8 & 9 at 7:00pm for a “The Chuckle Chase--An Improv Comedy Weekend”. The performers will include Janet Atherton, Mindy Ballentine, Sara Bulakowski, Joel Ginsberg, Ken Krauss, Jill Lemos, Kathy O’Grady, Marco Snow, Katan Sosnovec, and Doug Nunn. Joshua Raoul Brody of Bay Area Theatresports will provide his usual superb musical accompaniment.
Hit & Run Theater has been doing comedy since 1979 and since the early 2000s they have produced improvised comedy shows several times a year. All our skits are made up on the spot based on audience suggestions! Come join the fun!
Doors open at 6:30 pm and the show will start at 7 pm. All ages are welcome to attend! There will be snacks available for purchase and the MHS Club Cardinal will provide beer and wine as well. Admission is $25, tickets for seniors are $20, and kids under 18 are $15. Caspar’s Annual Harvest Dinner & Silent Auction is Sunday, November 10, at our lovely Community Center. Dalen and her crew are locally famous for their fine dining preparations. The evening features a silent auction and music as well as excellent autumnal fare. This annual event always sells out, so reserve your seats early. Proceeds will support various community projects, such as Gorse Removal and Emergency Preparedness, and the ongoing maintenance of Caspar Community Center, a hub for a multitude of activities and events.
