2024 Wedding Rates

Three-day package from Friday afternoon thru Sunday afternoon.

• Under 100 Guests:
  $2,500 + $350 Refundable Damage Deposit
• Over 100 Guests (200 person max.):
  $3,000 + $450 Refundable Damage Deposit
• Additional time can be arranged at $50 per hour

North Room

The Caspar Community Center is an ideal setting for a wedding reception, accommodating up to 200 guests. Our South room with solarium and kitchen is lovely for dining. Our North room makes an ideal dance floor or it can hold overflow dining. The back porch provides a pastoral setting for post wedding appetizers and cocktail hour.

Our state of the art kitchen, and two dining rooms, or one dining room and one dance hall are perfect for the party. It's possible to have all wedding events at the Center: rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, reception, and even brunch on Sunday.

Our wedding package runs from Friday at noon through Sunday at noon to include set up and clean up. Use of the entire Center and grounds, 20 six foot tables, 150 padded folding chairs and our "everyday" dishes and cookware are included in the fee. Extra time can be arranged at a rate of $50 per hour.
