Renting the Caspar Community Center

North Room

The Caspar Community Center is an ideal setting for a wedding reception, accommodating up to 150 guests (please contact us for rates if you are planning a larger celebration: caspar@mcn.org or 707-964-4997). Our South room with solarium and kitchen are lovely for dining. Our North room makes an ideal dance floor or it can hold overflow dining. The outdoor cob pizza oven and back porch provide a pastoral setting for post wedding appetizers and cocktail hour. Our state of the art kitchen, and two dining rooms, or one dining room and one dance hall are perfect for the party.

The fee is $1,750 which includes one full day and until noon the following day for clean up. Use of the entire Center and grounds, 20 six foot tables, 150 padded folding chairs and our "everyday" dishes and cookware are included in the $1,750 fee. For an additional fee of $350 you may arrange to come in at 1 pm the day before the celebration for set up and preparation. Extra time can be arranged at a rate of $50 per hour.
