Relation of the Coordinator to the Steering Committee

• Coordinator serves at the pleasure of the Steering Committee
• Steering Committee delegates duties and responsibilities to the Coordinator
• Coordinator reports to the Steering Committee
• Steering Committee reviews Coordinator performance
• Steering Committee sets Coordinator salary

Responsibilities
     The responsibilities listed below are indicative and not exhaustive. All responsibilities are carried out under the guidance of the Steering Committee. Tasks within these responsibilities may be carried out by the Coordinator, consultants, volunteers, or other staff. Whoever carries out the tasks, the Coordinator is ultimately the one responsible for their performance.

  • Keep volunteers happy, involved, and rewarded

  • Community outreach and events
    • Community census and survey
    • Door-to-door presentation of community plans
  • Public Relations and Communication
    • Develop and place publicity

    • Outreach beyond Caspar and Coast
    • Events and celebrations
